Teri Jendusa Nicolai
Teri Jendusa Nicolai has survived the unthinkable. Her ex-husband tried to murder her back in January, 2004 by hitting her in the head with a baseball bat, stuffing her bloody body in a garbage can, and driving her across state lines and placing her in a storage locker for 26 hours until she was found barely alive, but she was and is here today to speak out and about Domestic Violence awareness. Teri has been on 20/20, the Bio Channel’s television show-I Survived, CNN web, newspapers across the country and in Europe, radio, showcased for NACA in front of college students down to speaking at middle and high schools. She came from a loving family; Teri graduated College and was remarried. She knew better than to have someone treat her this way. How does this happen? Teri will talk about her experiences and what is going on across this country with Domestic Violence.

The Starside
The Starside is an Alternative Rock outfit from Chicago, IL. Formed in 2007, the project is the brainchild of Ry Herma and Will Schnabel, two musicians who have been in different projects together since 2004. Since that time, they have been honing their professional and musical partnership as well as their ideas about rock music and songwriting.
The Starside is the much-anticipated culmination of this working relationship and musical direction. The first full-length album from Ry and Will as The Starside will be released in summer 2009.

Rik Roberts
Nashville comedian Rik Roberts captivates his audiences with clean stand-up comedy & music soaked in country wit. His dad is a tobacco farmer, his mother a former Greyhound employee. Its only natural he'd end up traveling the highways performing for crowds in smoky comedy clubs, variety of college campuses, and corporate shows!
The Sarasota Herald Tribune claims, “Rik can be best described as a hilarious combination of Don Knotts, Steve Martin & Ray Stevens”. The Evansville Courier Press says, "Rik is sharp, smooth ... you'll remember him when you see his name on a sitcom. Bank on it." The Bloomington Music News says, “His versatile style along with his ability to ad-lib or tailor his shows to his audience are proof to the wit that exists within his twisted, southern mind. He kept the crowd involved and laughing during his entire performance, and, if you ask me, was a hard act to follow”.

Truth in Fiction
What's the truth about Truth in Fiction? Their roots stretch across several states and a couple continents. They have been traumatized by bad girlfriends (many), rubber boots (in one case), and Wisconsin winters. Which is probably why they're so resilient, so determined, to make the best make-out songs you've ever heard from a rock band. Truth in Fiction formed as facts, when Mike Wisth (vocals/guitar) and guitarist Daniel Beres were still sporting peach fuzz. Their early friendship led to a series of gigs with bands more famous than them, such as Fall Out Boy, the Starting Line, Jack's Mannequin and a stint on the infamous Vans Warped tour. Later adding bass player Kristian Riley (ex-Citizen King) to the line-up, the band hit the studio head on and landed a record deal with Fabtone Records in Japan. With their first record under their belts and their beards in full bloom, the band is ready to hit the road and hit it hard.

Nicholas Barron
Nicholas barron is a Chicago Singer-Songwriter who is steeped heavily in The Blues, Folk and Soul traditions of the city.He has one of the most recognizable and unique Voices you will ever hear. He is often compared to Modern singer songwriters like Dave Matthews and Jack Johnson, but if you listen a little more deeply, you'll hear Ray Charles, Lou Rawls, Otis Redding, Howlin' Wolf and Al Green to name a few. His songwriting is both highly therapeutic and original but also influenced by both the Beat writers of the 50's and 60's, Hip hop artists from Public enemy to Eminem and the great Folk songwriters from Dylan to Leonard cohen, whose emphasis is on Story and Poetic language. He started as a street musician over 20 years ago and worked his way into playing in every space conceivable, often playing 7 night's a week and Sometimes 2 or 3 gigs a day. He also founded CASA (Coalition for the advancedment of street art) to fight the city when they were trying to ban it and he and his fellow buskers won! He is a well known Commercial singer, a Painter (like his father William Barron), but mostly makes his living playing as a true one man band; employing his powerful Acoustic guitar playing and bold and passionate singing. He has over 8 CD's of original music under his own name and recently opened for Al Green, BB King, Maceo parker and others. In 2007, James Taylor introduced him as the launch artist for The New York Times emerging artist's series at Joes Pub in NYC, and called him "Undeniable"! He then signed with Candyrat records (Candyrat.com) and in May 2007, released his first Solo CD called "as I am". In September of 2008, Candyrat records released Live in Transient sound" and a retrospective CD Called "Nicholas Barron; The Swimmer Years".

Chasin' Mason
Rooted in country and laced with rock 'n roll, Chasin' Mason makes music as rugged and raw as the rough roads and wrong turns that have taken them through five years of trial and triumph. Their miles are marked with guitars as loud as the lives they've lived and lyrics as true as their Sunday morning upbringings.
Since their formation in 2003, the Wisconsin based group has wasted little time establishing themselves as one of the hottest up and coming bands in country music. Having sold 15,000 independently released cds to their constantly growing grass roots fan base; it’s evident that the band's 200 plus shows a year are bearing fruit.
A melting pot of musical influences, Chasin' Mason mixes Merle and Mellencamp with U2 and Keith Urban to create their Rockin’ edge with a story to tell. The guys borrow their style and passion from their diverse pasts. Pulling from musical families, hard childhoods, wrong crowds, and right girls....Chasin' Mason plays Real Life Real Loud!!!
